Charges for removal of weeds, grass or brush as provided in Section 1105.02 shall be a lien upon the premises. Whenever a bill for such charges remains unpaid for sixty days after it has been rendered, the Town Attorney may file with the County Clerk a lien for the removal of a nuisance. Notice of such lien shall be mailed to such owner, tenant or occupant of the premises if his address is known.
