§ 95.30 GRASS AND WEED HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any property within the city to permit weeds or grass to grow greater than seven inches in height on the property, including the roadway right-of-way lying between his, her, or its property and the pavement.
