§ 93.02 FOR SALE/FOR RENT SIGNS.
   It shall be unlawful to display, or allow to be displayed, or allowed to remain on display, any “for rent” or “for sale” sign on any lot as defined in the zoning district regulations of the Louisville and Jefferson County Planning Commission other than the lot being offered for sale or lease, or in any public right-of-way. It shall be unlawful for any “for sale” or “for rent” sign to be displayed, or allowed to be displayed, or to remain on any lot more than 24 hours after the sale of such lot as evidenced by the recording of a deed, or after a lease or rental of said lot as evidenced by the signing of a lease on the subject lot by both lessor and lessee, or as evidenced by the taking of possession by the lessee or tenant.
