(A) Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor no more than $100. Each day a violation continues shall be a separate offense and a separate penalty may be imposed therefor.
(B) In addition to the penalty provided in division (A) above, any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the civil penalties and procedures as provided in § 10.99.
