Outdoor storage of any materials, equipment, goods and/or other items, whether valuable or otherwise, shall be permitted only if the outdoor storage area is at least two hundred feet (200') from the nearest residential district, or if the outdoor storage area is separated from the residential district by a high solid fence or wall which is at least six feet (6') in height, and so long as the materials, equipment, goods, and/or other items are permanently stored in a manner which will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring residential uses. Outdoor storage area shall conform with the yard requirements of Section 1180.03(b) and (c).
