(a) Minimum Front Yard Depth. The distance of setback from the street right-of-way shall be not less than eighty (80) feet.
(b) Minimum Side Yard Depth. The distance of setback from the side yard boundaries shall be not less than fifty (50) feet on each side of the yard.
(c) Minimum Rear Yard Depth. The distance of setback from the rear yard boundary shall be not less than one hundred (100) feet.
