(a) No person, firm or corporation shall tap into the Village Sanitary Sewer System without first securing the proper permits and paying the established fees as set forth in the current ordinances. This permit will be the authority for connecting service lines to the Village Sanitary Sewer system, which must be accomplished in compliance with the regulations of the Village Administrator.
(b) The following tap in fees are established effective for the whole of year 2019.

(c) The Sanitary Sewer Water Tap In Fees set forth in paragraph (b) of this Section 921.04 shall increase by 3% each year after 2019, effective January 1 of each subsequent year.
