Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day of the violation, such fine to commence accumulating from the time notification of the violation of this chapter is made by the Street Commissioner to the contractor, builder, property owner or person constructing the item referred to in Section 901.01.
