(a) All future proposed streets and roads, shoulders, slopes and ditches shall be constructed in accordance with certain plans and specifications hereinbefore prepared by the Street Commissioner, the same being designated Typical Section A and being on file with the Street Commissioner.
(b) Any such construction shall be subject to the approval of the Street Commissioner.
