The following persons are not required to obtain an identification card as provided for under the provisions of Section 711.01:
(a) Any person selling foodstuff which he has grown himself;
(b) Any individual selling a product manufactured by himself;
(c) Any person selling or delivering milk or bakery products;
(d) Any person selling or delivering newspapers;
(e) Any person duly authorized to solicit the purchase of goods, wares, merchandise or printed matter on behalf of any educational, charitable, religious or civic organization.
