No person shall enter upon the lot or land of any residence located in the Village for the purpose of soliciting orders, or selling goods, wares, merchandise or services of any kind unless the person has been requested or invited to do so by the owner or occupant of the residence; or those exempted in Section 711.05; or unless the person has first obtained an identification card.
