§ 90.02 VEHICLE NOISE.
   No person shall operate any vehicle on or upon any town highway so that any unreasonably loud, excessive, or unusual noise is created, increased, or maintained which annoys, disturbs, injures, or endangers the comfort, repose, health, or peace of any person.
