§ 110.05 REVOCATION OF PERMIT OR CERTIFICATE.
   (A)   Failure to correct such variance or other irregularities within ten days after the receipt of such notice, as provided in § 110.04, shall be grounds for the revocation of such permit or certificate of occupancy by the Town Council, and such revocation shall be made.
   (B)   (1)   (a)   Revocation of a permit or certificate of occupancy may be appealed, and upon the receipt of the proper deposit, as by the current fee ordinance, the Clerk/Treasurer shall advertise that a public hearing will be held.
         (b)   The matter covered in division (B)(1)(a) above shall be considered by the Town Council at its next regular meeting.
      (2)   The findings of the Council shall be final, but subject to judicial review.
