In the event that a business has been opened in such a manner as to be at variance with the terms of the permit or certificate of occupancy, or violations or ordinances exist upon such premises, the Town Marshal shall give notice to the holder of the permit or certificate of occupancy that such irregularities exist and must be corrected.
