§ 37.22 WEED ASSESSMENT NON-REVERTING FUND.

   (A)   A non-reverting fund is hereby established in the Winchester Street Department, titled Weed Assessment Non-Reverting Fund.

   (B)   The City Council may, in its discretion, appropriate funds to the Weed Assessment Non-Reverting Fund.

   (C)   Revenue collected from the Street Department's abatement of properties in violation of §§ 94.01 through 94.28 is to be deposited into the Weed Assessment Non-Reverting Fund.

   (D)   The Weed Assessment Non-Reverting Fund shall be used in a manner determined by the City Council for expenses associated with the Street Department's abatement of properties pursuant to §§ 94.01 through 94.28, including but not limited to payroll, maintenance of equipment, collection of debt or capital improvements.

   (E)   The funds in this account shall not revert to any other fund for any other use.
