§ 94.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NUISANCE. Public nuisance.
   UNFIT FOR FURTHER USE. In a dangerous condition; having defective or missing parts, or in such a condition generally as to be unfit for further use as a conveyance.
