§ 95.36 REGISTERED SEXUAL OFFENDERS.

Any person who is required to register as a sexual offender by the State of Indiana or any other state, or who is listed in the State of Indiana Sex Offender Registry shall be prohibited from entering, utilizing, or remaining in a city park.
