Any person, corporation, firm or association found to be in violation of § 97.02 of this chapter shall be subject to fine as follows:
(A) $50 for the first false alarm directed to the Police Department in excess of three false alarm signals in any twelve month period;
(B) $100 for the second false alarm directed to the Police Department in excess of three false alarm signals in any twelve month period;
(C) $150 for the third and each successive false alarm signal directed to the Police Department in excess of three false alarm signals in any twelve month period;
(D) All fines hereunder shall be paid to the City Clerk within 30 days after notification of the violation. This section shall not apply to users of a new alarm system during the first 90 days from the date of installation.
