§ 96.99 PENALTY.

(A) A person or entity who is guilty of a violation of any provision of this chapter to which no other specific penalty applies shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) A person or entity who is guilty of a violation of any provision of §§ 96.31 through 96.36 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 nor less than $100. Each day any portion of §§ 96.31 through 96.36 is violated shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) A person or entity who is guilty of a violation of any provision of § 96.45 shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 93.99 of this code.
