(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, contractor, company, business, corporation, or film to deposit snow on any street, alley or roadway within the city.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, contractor, company, business, corporation, or firm within the city to deposit snow at the intersection of any street, roadway, alley or private drive that obstructs vision, hearing, or interferes with pedestrian or vehicular safety.
