§ 96.34 PERMIT FEES.
   A permit fee shall be paid at the time of filing the application as set out below.
   (A)   An applicant for surface use under § 96.31(B) or (D) shall at the time of filing pay a permit fee of $150 for a 30-day permit.
   (B)   With respect to all other applications, a permit fee shall be paid at the time of filing and shall include $40 for plan review where applicable and $150 for a 30-day permit.
   (C)   The plan review and permit fees are to be reimburse the city for its cost of plan review, daily inspections and record keeping. If the permitted activity cannot be completed within the estimated time, the applicant must request a permit extension prior to the time needed, any extension shall be for 15 days with a fee of $100 per extension.
   (D)   Any violation of the term of this subchapter or the specifications and instructions adopted by the Board pursuant to this subchapter shall be assumed to require additional inspection and $40 permit fee will be assessed for each such infraction.
