(A) No person shall, between 11:00 p.m and 6:00 a.m., park a vehicle in any park except at places designated or maintained therefor.
(B) The parks in the city shall be closed from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., except for special events designated by the Mayor of the city or other appropriate governmental entity.
(C) Any person found in the city parks after the parks have been closed shall be in violation of this section and may be subject to a fine of not less than $10 and not more than $500.
