§ 95.55 OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC.
   No person shall cause or permit any vehicles to obstruct traffic in any park or park-street, or to stop such vehicle except at those places specifically designated or maintained for the purpose of stopping or parking, except in case of emergency.
