§ 95.27 PICNICS AND OUTINGS.
Any person desiring to reserve any area in the park, including shelter house, for purposes of conducting a picnic, family reunion, or other outing, must first obtain permits from the Park Director of Park Superintendent. The failure of any person to obtain such a permit shall result in there being no reservation of the area or shelter house for use of the picnic. Any person having first obtained such a permit shall have priority to the area so reserved for their use and any person using said area during the period of time covered by the reservation shall surrender such area to the person holding the permit. The Park Director or Park Superintendent is authorized to collect a reasonable fee, to be set and established by the Park Board, periodically, for such permit.
