(A) As the City of Winchester finds that certain collection of park fees should be established, the following shall become the Park Fee Schedule established by City Council.

(B) All funds collected for Goodrich Pool and shelter rental shall be deposited in the Goodrich Park Fund.
(C) All funds collected for use of the Beeson Community Building rental shall be deposited in the Beeson Park Fund.
(D) All funds collected for the Beeson Community Building refundable deposit shall be deposited in the Beeson Park Refundable Deposit Account. The deposit shall be refunded to any depositor after the Park Superintendent makes a determination that the Beeson Community Building has not sustained any damages, or needs any cleaning of the facilities after the depositor has rented the building. If the Park Superintendent makes a determination that the Beeson Community Building has sustained damages, or needs additional cleaning, or if the depositor cancels the rental of the building within 30 days prior to the date of the rental, the deposit shall not be refunded to the depositor. If the deposit is not refunded, and the depositor requests, in writing, within ten days from the date of notification that deposit is not being refunded, then depositor may request the refund of the deposit from the Winchester Park Board. The Winchester Park Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refund or not refund the deposit. All monies not refunded shall be transferred to the Beeson Park Fund.
(E) All funds collected for the Goodrich Park cabin damage deposit shall be deposited in the Goodrich Park Refundable Deposit Account. The deposit shall be refunded to any depositor after the Park Superintendent makes a determination that the Goodrich Park cabin has not sustained any damages or needs any cleaning of the facilities after the depositor has rented the building. If the Park Superintendent makes a determination that the Goodrich Park cabin has sustained damages, or needs additional cleaning, or if the depositor cancels the rental of the building within 30 days prior to the date of the rental, the deposit shall not be refunded to the depositor.
