§ 95.05 SOLDIERS AND SAILORS MONUMENT; UNLAWFUL ACTS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, to throw, hurl, or in any manner to cast against or upon the Soldiers and Sailors Monument situated in the northeast corner of the Court House and in the city any stone, brick, iron, wood, or any substance or material of any kind or character whatsoever.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, or persons, to climb upon, walk upon or sit upon the monument or any part thereof, or upon the ground enclosed by the stone walk surrounding the same.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to stand, sit or walk upon the ground enclosed by the stone walk surrounding the monument or to deposit thereon any material or substance of any kind or character whatever.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person, or persons, to sell or offer to sell, or to erect any stand, or platform for the purpose of selling any medicine, fruits, vegetables, or any article of any kind or character or for the purpose of any musical entertainment or any entertainment of any kind or character or for any purpose whatsoever within 100 feet of the monument.
   (E)   The provisions of divisions (B) and (C) of this section shall not apply to the custodian of the monument, or to any person having the care thereof, who shall go upon the ground or monument for the purpose of caring for the same, or doing or performing any lawful work thereon, or to the grounds surrounding the same.
