§ 93.46 REGULATION OF EXCEPTED OPEN BURNING.
   All exceptions, as set forth in § 93.45 of this chapter, shall meet and be subject to the following conditions:
   (A)   Fires must be attended to at all times.
   (B)   Fires must be completely extinguished before left unattended.
   (C)   Only wood products may be burned unless otherwise approved by the Fire Chief or his designee.
   (D)   If the Fire Chief of his designee determines that the fire constitutes a fire hazard, pollution problem or nuisance, he may order the fire to be extinguished.
