§ 93.32 HYDRANT USE APPROVAL. 
   No person shall use or operate any hydrant or other valves installed on any water system intended for use by the Chief for fire suppression purposes and which is accessible to any public highway, alley or private way open to or generally used by the public, unless such person first secures permission for use from the Chief. This section does not apply to the use of a hydrant or other valves by a person employed by and authorized to make such use by the water company which supplies water to such hydrants or other valves.
