Any person, corporation, firm or association owning or occupying premises containing underground flammable liquid storage tanks shall, upon the request of the Fire Chief, provide diagrams showing the size, location, lay-out, and materials contained, and such other information as may be requested for purposes of locating and determining the specifics of such underground storage facilities.
