§ 72.27 PASSENGER ZONES AND LOADING ZONES.
   (A)   The police shall determine and designate passenger zones and loading zones.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park the same for a longer period of time than is necessary for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers in any place designated and marked as a passenger zone.
