§ 72.11 PARKING INOPERABLE VEHICLE MORE THAN 48 HOURS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park, or permit any inoperable motor vehicle, trailer or camper, registered in his name, to be parked on any street or alley for a longer consecutive period of time than 48 hours.
