§ 72.06 PARKING ON LEFT SIDE OF STREET; PARALLEL PARKING REQUIREMENTS; EXCEPTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful and a violation of the provisions of this chapter for any person to permit a vehicle registered in the name of or operated by any person or for any person to cause a vehicle to be parked on the left side of a vehicle next to the curb, except on one-way streets, and it shall be unlawful to stop or park any vehicle in a street other than parallel with the curb and with the two right wheels of the vehicle within 12 inches of the regularly established curb line, except upon those streets that have been marked for angle parking, wherein such vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb indicated by such marks.
