§ 72.05 LEAVING VEHICLES UNATTENDED WITH ENGINES RUNNING.

It shall be unlawful and a violation of the provisions of this chapter for any person, persons, or corporation to allow any motor vehicle to be unattended upon the streets or alleys of the city when any motors, engines, or manual device that is operated by diesel, gasoline, or electricity is operating.
