§ 71.22 VEHICLES HAVING RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   (A)   Vehicles of the Police Department, Fire Department, ambulances, and vehicles of physicians when responding to "bona fide" professional emergency calls shall have the right-of-way at all times in any street or through any procession.
   (B)   All vehicles going in an easterly or westerly direction shall have the right-of-way over vehicles going in a northerly or southerly direction; provided that such right given to those traveling easterly and westerly, as provided in this division, shall not be construed to relieve them from any and all precaution in the use of such highways that is now required by law.
