(A) (1) A vehicle turning into another street to the right shall turn the corner squarely as near to the right hand curb as practicable.
(2) A vehicle turning into another street to the left shall pass to the right of and beyond the center of the street intersection before turning.
(B) Vehicles proceeding correctly along the right side of the street which are to discharge or take on merchandise or passengers on the left side of the street shall cross over, making a complete turn.
(C) No vehicle shall back to make a turn in any street if by so doing it interferes with other vehicles, but in such case shall go around the block or to a street sufficiently wide to turn without backing.
