(A) A vehicle, excepting when passing another vehicle ahead, shall keep as near the right curb as safety and prudence will permit.
(B) Slow moving and heavily loaded vehicles shall keep close to the right curb.
(C) On all avenues or streets divided by parkways, walks, sunkenways, viaducts or fountains, vehicles shall keep to the right of such divisions.
(D) Every vehicle shall pull to the right side of the street or road when signaled from a vehicle behind desiring to pass.
