It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm or corporation to park, operate or propel any motor vehicle or trailer or other vehicle on the street and alleys within the city contrary to any sign, device or warning issued and posted by the city and on streets and alleys designating no parking, one-way traffic, stop, alley no parking, curve, two-hour parking, no left turn, no parking on this side of street, slow, and men working.
