§ 70.02 SKATEBOARDING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   If any skateboard is operated in a designated area in the city, the operator and/or owner of said skateboard is in violation of this section.
   (B)   Any person found in violation of division (A) may be issued a citation for violation under this section. Any officers of the Police Department shall have authority to issue said citations for the violation provided herein.
