§ 31.18 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AMOUNT OF FEES AND COST OF FACILITIES ATTRIBUTABLE TO GROWTH ON WHICH FEE IS IMPOSED.
   The City Council determines that there is a reasonable relationship between the amount of the fees set out in §§ 31.16 and 31.17 of this chapter and the cost of the public facilities or portions of them attributable to the growth on which the fees are imposed.
