§ 70.01 TRUCKS AND TRAILERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, whether acting on his or her own or by way of an agency relationship with any corporation, partnership or other business entity, to operate a tractor/trailer truck on the city streets, unless said operation is for the purpose of carrying out the legitimate business interest (i.e., the delivery or pickup of merchandise and the like).
   (B)   For the purposes of this section, the term OPERATING shall include all driving of the vehicle and shall further include any parking of the truck and trailer combination regardless of the length of time involved, or whether or not the motor of the truck remains running during said parking. The term TRACTOR/TRAILER shall mean a combined truck and trailer, and it shall not apply to the truck (tractor) itself.
   (C)   The city cannot regulate those highways which are owned by the commonwealth. This section is specifically limited in scope to those streets which are owned by and are under the control of the city.
