(A) All additions, modifications, upgrades and improvements to the city’s water system will be constructed according to the most recent applicable version of the city’s Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Construction Projects, hereby incorporated by reference, and any other city ordinances related to water services.
(B) The improvements must comply with the most recent applicable version of the city’s ordinance related to the construction, dedication and acceptance of public improvements in the city (currently Ord. 517-02, § 34.01 of this code of ordinances). Upon dedication to and acceptance of any distribution system improvements into the city’s water system, the city will accept responsibility for maintenance.
(C) Any tap-ons for private fire protection must comply with the most recent applicable version of the city’s ordinance related to tap fees for private fire protection (currently Ord. 663-14, §§ 50.15 through 50.22 of this code of ordinances). The city is not responsible for and will not maintain any private fire protection systems.
