Every applicant for a barbershop license shall, in the application, designate the location at which the applicant desires to operate and state the name of every person who is to act as a barber in such shop. The applicant shall also present for inspection, together with such application, for each person who is to act as a barber in such shop, a certificate of registration as a registered barber or as a registered apprentice barber, as the case may be, issued by the Department of Registration and Education pursuant to law.
