3-3-7: CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION:
No person shall engage in the work of a barber or be permitted to so engage in any barbershop, without having first procured a certificate of registration as a registered barber or as a registered barber's apprentice from the Department of Registration and Education, as provided by law, or without keeping such certificate of registration currently in force. (Ord. 61-O-43, 6-26-1961)
