(A) Disease: No person shall be employed in a barbershop in the Village as a barber, hairdresser or manicurist who is suffering from any communicable disease.
(B) Cleansing Hands: Every owner and employee of every barbershop in the Village shall, before serving each customer, cleanse his hands thoroughly by washing in clean water, either with or without the use of other cleansing or disinfecting substances.
(C) Coat Or Apron: Every person in every barbershop in the Village while serving customers shall wear a clean, washable apron or coat, which shall be kept clean. (Ord. 61-O-43, 6-26-1961)
