3-3-1: DEFINITION:
A barbershop is a place where hair is cut, cleansed, treated or dressed or the face shaved or beard trimmed, for hire, and where also, manicure, chiropody or massage treatments are sometimes furnished for hire. (Ord. 61-O-43, 6-26-1961)
