8-11-13: PENALTY:

Any person violating section 8-11-3 of this chapter shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Failure to pay the original fine within fourteen (14) days of the issuance of the notice of final determination shall result in an additional one hundred dollar ($100.00) late payment fine.
