(A) There is hereby established a system of administrative adjudication of vehicular standing and parking violations, vehicle compliance violations, and automated traffic law violations as the same are defined in the Illinois Vehicle Code 1 ("Code") and this Code.
(B) The purpose of this administrative adjudication system is to facilitate the fair and efficient enforcement of Village regulations through the administrative adjudication of automated traffic law violations and violations of Village ordinances regulating the standing and parking of vehicles, and the condition and use of vehicle equipment within the Village's corporate limits. This system shall only have authority to adjudicate civil offenses carrying fines not in excess of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). (Ord. 08-O-18, 8-11-2008)
