6-5-2: PROHIBITION:

No person, through excavation or any other negligent, intentional or malicious act within the corporate limits of the Village of Willowbrook, shall disrupt any utility service to any resident or property owner of the Village of Willowbrook. (Ord. 22-O-10, 3-14-2022)
