Any person who shall falsely impersonate a police officer or who shall maliciously or with intent to deceive, use or imitate any of the signs, signals or devices adopted and used by the Police Department or any police officer who shall wear in public the uniform adopted as the police uniform, after having been removed or suspended shall be deemed guilty of such offense and punished accordingly.
