Every sworn member of the Police Department shall wear or have in his possession a badge to be furnished by the Village. Any member who shall lose or destroy said badge shall be required to pay the replacement cost thereof. Whenever any member shall leave the department he shall immediately deliver to the Chief of Police his badge and all other articles in his possession belonging to the Village.
